Brooklyn Restaurant Intimate Wedding Venues

Whether you're walking out of City Hall hand in hand or exchanging vows in your favorite neighborhood park, a cozy dinner with your closest people is the perfect way to end the day. The last couple of years, I’ve photographed celebrations that wrapped with champagne toasts, candlelit tables, and joyful noise tucked into some of Brooklyn’s most special restaurants.
Here are a few of my favorite spots—some I’ve worked with before, some I dream of documenting soon.

F&F Restaurant (Formerly Frank’s Wine Bar) — Carroll Gardens
A neighborhood gem with a natural wine list that never misses and a warm, unpretentious vibe. It’s perfect for a small group that wants to share plates, sip wine, and feel like they’ve taken over the coziest corner of Brooklyn.
Celestine — DUMBO
On my dream list! This waterfront restaurant has stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and a sleek, modern aesthetic that still feels welcoming. It’s ideal for couples who want an elevated dining experience that’s still rooted in connection and celebration. A perfect choice for evening portraits on the East River before you sit down to dinner.

Montesacro — Williamsburg
Think rustic meets refined. Montesacro offers a cozy and elevated experience with incredible Roman-style pinsa and a beautifully designed interior that feels both modern and old-world. I’ve photographed a post-elopement dinner here, and it was intimate in all the best ways—full of laughter, toasts, and warmth.
Frankies 457 Spuntino — Carroll Gardens
Longtime favorite and forever on my dream list. Their private garden is perfect for small celebrations, and the food is unfussy in the best way—elevated classics that make everyone feel at home. It’s the kind of place that makes your wedding dinner feel like a family gathering (with way better lighting).
Vinegar Hill House — Vinegar Hill
Tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street, this spot feels like a secret garden in the city. The food is impeccable, the light is soft and golden, and the space makes you want to linger a little longer. Perfect for a private room vibe or a garden dinner feel.

Milk & Roses — Greenpoint
A romantic hidden gem filled with vintage books, soft lighting, and a lush garden patio. It has a charming old-world feel that’s perfect for couples who want something quietly magical. I'd love to photograph an elopement dinner here one day.
Bacchus Bistro à Vins — Boerum Hill
A French bistro with serious charm—outdoor garden seating, excellent wine, and the kind of ambiance that feels like a warm embrace. It’s an ideal space for gathering around the table with your people and letting the celebration stretch into the night.
